Cacao is known and honored around the world as a "heart opener". A medicine that has been deeply embedded into cultures for thousands of years. There are parts of the world that still honor Her in ceremony. Cacao's latin name is Theobroma cacao, literally translating to "food of the gods". Cacao has the ability to seep into our heart spaces and fill us with the confidence to open our hearts up to the love all around us. On a physical level, there's a lot of medical research being done on the positive effects cacao can have on our cardiovascular system as well.

I first met Cacao while living in Costa Rica and am grateful for my ever-evolving communion I have cultivated with Her. There is a piece of my heart that is still deeply connected to Costa Rican soil and I'm grateful that I can source ceremonial cacao from local communities there.

Recommended dosage: 15-30 drops up to three times a day (it's also important to note that Cacao does contain caffeine and has been known to effect each of us differently, so it's important to be honor Her medicine and be intentional with your use.)
