Ingredients:

Fresh - horseradish root, ginger, burdock root, jalapeno, fresno pepper, garlic, onion, blood orange, lemon, and lime

Dried - nettle, lemon balm, rosemary, and turmeric

Fire Cider has been traditionally used to support the immune system, especially during the colder seasons. Fire cider is made by infusing ACV (apple cider vinegar) with fresh vegetables and herbs to promote and stimulate the immune response, as well as support the body in ridding/clearing of an infection. I have added dried herbs to support the body’s healing process.

Fire Cider can be used on a precautionary basis, at the onset of a cold/infection, or even while sick. In my opinion, it’s best to start taking as soon you start noticing any symptoms (onset). It can also be used as a great detox to stimulate our body’s systems to cleanse, purge, and clear anything stagnant.

1 tsp - 1 TBSP a day.

I suggest adding to water or another liquid if taking it multiple days in a row. (I’ve heard and read that some people’s guts can react differently to daily use of vinegar - trust and know your body.)
I love adding it to my bone broth as an additional boost!

You can also add honey or another natural sweetener. It’s way more kid-friendly this way too. :)
