Sacred Sacral Salve

This womb salve was inspired by a few of my favorite herbal teachers during a month-long herbal study down in Guatemala. We learned all about the power of abdominal massage, sat with and experienced Mayan abdominal massages from local Mayan women, and the importance of creating a practice of connecting with and to our womb space through self-massage. This blend was created with the intention of physically warming (ginger) and energetically protecting (yarrow and mugwort) the womb space, and a way for us to create a deeper connection with our own divine feminine (rose). I have especially enjoyed using this salve during my bleed as additional support for physical cramps and other symptoms.
