Immunity Care Package
The best care package for you and your family’s immune system’s this winter season.
Elder berry syrup - a yummy and super kid friendly way to support the body as a preventative, at the onset, and throughout the course of sickness. Can be taken on its own, added to protein shakes, herbal teas, lemon water, just to name a few.
Immunitea blend - this tea blend has been a staple in my kitchen for the last few years. It has lessened the severity of anything that pulls me under the weather and feels so nice with sore throats.
Fire cider - another fun and spicy way to support our body’s immune response. During winter months, our bodies can get achy, tight, and just cold. Fire ciders are a great way to warm the system up, get fluids and stagnancy moving, and ACV is always a great gut support. I love adding fire ciders to soups, broths, a cup of bone broth, dressings, are some of my favorites.
Ingredients:
Elder berry syrup - elder berries, rose hips, licorice root, ginger, turmeric, reishi, cinnamon, clove, honey, & spring water.
Fire cider - Fresh - horseradish root, ginger, burdock root, jalapeno, fresno pepper, garlic, onion, blood orange, lemon, and lime. Dried - nettle, lemon balm, rosemary, and turmeric.
Tea blend - mullein, nettle, yarrow, lemon balm, elder flower, ginger, sage, thyme, turmeric, and licorice root.
