Smoking herbs is one of the most ancient ways of administering medicine. Herbs have been intentionally smoked for thousands of years and has been seen as a sacred, ceremonial practice in many indigenous cultures worldwide. These practices and rituals can be a way for us to quite literally lift our thoughts and prayers up to Spirit/God/Source, through smoke. However, fast forward to today, most modern civilizations have become deeply disconnected to these practices and are primarily smoking herbs for recreational use. Don’t get me wrong, I know so many of us enjoy the act of smoking (as do I), the social connection it tends to surround us with, etc, yet I also believe we have the potential to tap into something even more powerful, more intentional, offering us more healing than we are currently experiencing… which is what led me to the creation of the OG blend, Sacred Ritual. This special blend has been curated over the last three years and has been a way for me to recreate my relationship with smoking. As someone who leaned heavily on our dear friend Mary Jane for years, I knew I wanted to shift from what felt like a mindless habit, to something deeper and more intentional. Sacred Ritual’s medicine is meant to relax our body, while promoting clarity, mental focus, and a deeper connection to our higher selves. I find that I get my biggest downloads, visions, and creative bursts while indulging in this blend.

Another way herbal smoke blends have been supportive to those specifically desiring to lessen their dependence on Tobacco/cigarettes. (Important to note that this is with long-term / consistent use). It’s been really beautiful to receive so much feedback confirming that this Sacred Ritual blend in particular is supporting people on this transitional journey too.

It’s worth noting that inhaling large amounts of smoke regularly and mindlessly can be taxing on the lungs, so our intention is incredibly important here. Smoking herbal medicines can look different for everyone and should be approached with care. Personally, I have enjoyed this blend completely on their own, with Mary Jane, with Tobacco, and sometimes all three. I am trusting that this medicine is used with care.
