Simple Tinctures (SINGLE HERB)
I have a lot of simple tinctures available that came from 1-3 years of deeply studying each of these plants I only like to offer medicines I’ve personally taken and have experienced for at least an intentional period of time. Tinctures are a great way to receive the medicinal qualities from these plants for those with busy lifestyles or are not tea drinkers.
I have created a very simplified herd guide here as well in hopes of offering more basic information for those new to the herbalism world, around what plants are best for you and your physical makeup. If you are interested in creating a personal blend with these, I would be happy to do so. Please reach out personally and let’s chat.
